This should be supported with in-depth knowledge of Windows 2000/2003 Active Directory dependencies. Worked with DB tools like OEM/STATSPACK etc. As these persons are going to play a role of Delivery Lead , he should be capable of leading a Team.

Knowledgeable in superdome, NPAR & M.C. Service guard clustering. Should have experience in any proactive monitoring tools i.e. Open view, Tivoli, Bigh-brother etc. Good working knowledge in call login, tracking, closure procedures, DR plans etc. Good understanding on any backup management software i.e. Legato, TSM, Veritas, omniback etc Exposure in any storage technologies Medium to large HP XP1024 or EVA or EMC storage, Business copy would be added advantage. Should have good communication skills, team working skills & may require shift operations
